The English Startup Academy is built by teachers, for teachers and brings a new level of innovation to teaching. The platform encourages teacher partners to create their own independent business, with ESA support and educational resources. Teachers have the opportunity to earn up to twice the average salary for half the working hours, teaching subjects they are passionate about. High quality educational requirements are maintained, with only university qualified teachers able to purchase the ‘business in a box’. Teachers are interviewed initially then audited throughout the year to maintain quality standards, meeting the educational standards within their country. English educational services are provided to babies through to kindergarten and primary school or teachers can specialise in Play Based Learning, Social and Emotional Learning or Business English.
