After 6 months of employment they are eligible for participation in our benefits, $500.00 health spending account and RRSP/DPSP plan where Progressive Machining will match employee contributions into their plan with up to 2% of their wage. Employees also receive a year end bonus based on company and their individual performance in that specific year.
