The Up Next Initiative is a nonprofit organization that is a resource for African American and Latino students, grades 11-12th and college students. Our goal is to develop a network of minority professionals that offer mentorship, job shadowing, and internship that will lead to an increase in minority representation across careers. Our organization's purpose is to develop a network of minority professionals to allow equal opportunities for minority students by removing barriers that may hinder one from obtaining certain opportunities in the professional arena.
