Africa Classroom Connection is an American tax-exempt nonprofit corporation. ACC strives to unleash the potential of every child by providing access to educational opportunities. Our mission is to build schools in KwaZulu-Natal province, South Africa. We work with local communities to build classrooms, help kids stay in school, and facilitate cultural exchanges/overseas travel. Without classrooms, students are either overcrowded in limited structures and/or taught under trees in harsh conditions and with few resources. During rainy seasons they are unable to learn at all. Our primary partner in South Africa is Eshowe Community Action Group (ECAG).
