NACD Colorado acts as a center of gravity for local NACD members helping them lead with confidence in the boardroom. We serve the local director community in Colorado providing exemplary director programming and opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and interaction. By convening directors and experts to examine leading practices and anticipate developing issues, the chapter helps participating directors be more effective in the boardroom, and add value to the company, fostering the positive image of corporations and business organizations through improved corporate governance.
