The foundation awards annual scholarships to Lehigh Valley veterans and Lehigh Valley high school graduates, with priority given to those with financial need. This scholarship is established in memory of Andrew Budraitis, a veteran and lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley who valued advanced education, and is intended to pay tribute to him and remember his life.
