It was triggered by the huge opportunity to enter the market of beef and meat, where the supply of local beef are minimum and unable to fulfill the need of consumers in Indonesia. We imported frozen beef and meat from suppliers in USA, Australia, Japan, Canada and New Zealand and distribute the product in Indonesia, especially in big cities in the island of Java such as Jakarta, Bali, Bandung, and Surabaya. Our target market include Hypermarkets, Hotels, Restaurants and Cafés all across Indonesia region. In year 2000, we also add more items in our product lines by cooperating with Australian suppliers to import lambs and french fries, and also cooperating with local suppliers such as fresh poultry and seafood in order to fulfill the demand from hypermarkets and large catering companies in Indonesia. Today CV. KALDERA PANEN PERTIWI has got more than fifteen years of experience in selling and distributing frozen and chilled ingredients in Indonesia. With our experience in food distribution industry, Kaldera has grown into a succesful company which serve more than 1000 outlets of restaurants, hospitals, café, supermarkets, and hypermarkets in Jakarta area, and large scale of caterings company in Indonesia.
