We specialize in compliance guidance and consultation for outpatient therapy providers focused primarily on coding, billing, documentation, HIPAA, OSHA and selected Federal Labor Laws. We’ve been producing Physical Therapy specific compliance policies and procedures since 1996 that cover all federal regulations mandated by the Department of Health & Human Services (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, Fraud & Abuse, Non-discrimination) and the Department of Labor (OSHA, EEOC, ADA). Our compliance program is fully scribed policies and procedures specific to outpatient rehabilitation (PT/OT/SLP) – not an outline or a list, but actual word documents. Additionally, our program provides all related forms, resources, staff training, and risk mitigation tools to assist in effective implementation.
