The history of Redix starts from 2007. At the beginning the activity of the company included development and management of real estate. The goals which were planned in advance by the founders and the effective strategy to reach them put Redix into the unique position; Redix became the first development company among Georgian real estate market, which offered its products finished according to the European standards – residential, office and commercial spaces in a turn-key state. Together with the development of real estate in the year of 2008 Redix starts the management and development of new, different profile businesses. Supermarket, Cafe, Kindergarten, Wellness Center and Travel Agency were added to the portfolio of the company. Besides mentioned HoReCa department was formed, which will manage Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes around Tbilisi, Batumi, Abastumani, Bakuriani and Kobuleti. At present the management portfolio of Redix unites more than 20 different conception businesses around not only Tbilisi but the whole Republic. The assets managed by the company are worth around 200 million US Dollars. Redix is actively involved in all the stages of every project. Starting from the stage of preparing the project and the plan and finishing with the conclusion of the construction. Together with the above mentioned the company takes care of strategy planning and future development of each project.
