This is something common for us, and if this model suits you, it will save some money as well. Model 4: Project based You trust us with your project, and we will unburden you completely. Up front we will discuss deadline, specific needs and pricing thoroughly. No surprises. Level of expertise & skills: We do make a distinction when we look at level of expertise and required skills. Working in the Netherlands automatically means Senior level. Working from Mumbai, than we can deliver additional junior of medior people to the senior role.
