Once you know the style you’re looking for, we will curate furnishing and fixture options, using 3D visualization to help bring your choices to life. We will then create a Project Playbook that encompasses the entire project in single document. We share your Project Playbook with pre-screened contractors for purposes of receiving build proposals and cost estimates. Our Project Managers assess each contractor by reviewing their project history, their timeline, and cost. Once we have the right contractor for you, our Project Managers will continue to manage the entire remodeling phase until the work is done. From the time ground is broken to when your bathroom is ready for your first hot shower we monitor the contractor and their time and send reports to you on the timeline, budget, and material needs.
