We infuse capital and install professional management to improve inefficient, poorly managed and/or poorly maintained assets. Doing so improves profitability, providing returns to our investors via operating cash flow and profit from sale. Lastly, we invest via LLCs, which allow our investors to realize the tax benefits inherent in real estate investment.
