We are a specialist training provider. The Aprender Education Development Foundation was set up, aimed at promoting community development by improving educational outcomes that’s free to use --and most importantly empowering head teachers everywhere! We use a powerful school improvement model called Apto which values and empowers government, denomination, and NGO education officers to bring sustainable, systemic change to their schools. We work with registered schools and also with informal schools such as education projects for refugees and displaced communities. We train educators from government, denomination, and NGO education departments to be coaches using key strategies and ideas to improve the quality of their schools. These coaches then inspire, train, and guide their own head teachers who then transfer these skills to their teachers, implementing, embedding, and sustaining the change in the years to come.
