My passion is connecting people, processes and systems to create a higher level of satisfaction. Customer engagements will be typically either as consultant, project manager or interim manager. My strong consulting and IT background allows me to quickly identify pain points and deficiencies in structure. But change is only conceived by people. So I stress the human factor in all my engagements and am happy to work with any group, level, department and/or job function to increase satisfaction for all parties.
