We perform independent audit of financial statements based on ISA, advisory to adopt or treat financial transactions according IFRS and IFRS for SME, tax reviews, tax planning, consulting to carry out transactions in compliance with tax regulations, IT advisory, consulting in risks assessment and business processess and accounting in outsourcing scheme. In 2009, we joined Parker Randall International, an Association of Auditing and Consulting Firms, based in London, England, which counts with more than 50 member firms in America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
