Aether & Hemera are the ancient Greek god and goddess of brighter upper air and daylight. Aether & Hemera is a multi-disciplinary art and design studio, producing work that lies at the intersections of contemporary installation, lighting art and interaction design; both commercial and research based. Founded in 2008 by Gloria Ronchi and Claudio Benghi - the studio creatively engage with technology in order to experiment and explore its potential. Their works involve visual, light, sound, and interactive design, as well as creative software and hardware solutions; their multi-disciplinary approach to projects influences the to whole design life-cycle, from concept design to prototypation and implementation.
