We are general accountancy practice. We offer a range of services that would be expected of any such business, typically small companies that are usually, but not exclusively, owner-managed. These include; an appropriate business vehicle for a new venture review and advice on the current business structure company formation preparation of business plans advice on appropriate accounting and bookkeeping for the business preparation of management accounts preparation of statutory accounts for limited companies all taxation compliance work for the business and the owners company secretarial payroll These services are backed by nearly thirty years of experience, through good economic times and bad. We like to think we provide these services with a humour, although that tends to be tested in January when we are doing all we can to avoid late filing penalties. We appreciate that for many business owners accountancy and taxation is not their first interest, or perhaps even of any interest. So, very often it is despite some clients rather than because of them that we meet the various deadlines. We know our limitations. We have a network of excellent contacts to whom we refer clients when we come across matters that are outside our range of experience. We do not seek to make money on our inexperience and clients can chose to deal directly with our contacts when that suits. Such matters may include obtuse tax issues, notably on VAT, litigation problems and such matters.
