Lilo Pure Foods is an organic food production, processing and training company. We produce food in rural contexts while harnessing technology and research to increase productivity in our farms and surrounding smallholders' farms. Lilo provides four main products and services: • Training: We run a model farm that's used to teach on climate-smart agricultural practices, organic farming, farm management and other production-related courses. Our training is geared towards organizations, farmer groups and non-governmental firms • Production: We farm fruits, seasonal vegetables, and horticultural products organically • Processing: We aggregate from farmers and are in the final stages of acquiring all documentation to start processing local produce. This will reduce the post-harvest loss that farmers have at a large scale, increase the shelf life of products and also serve a global market for organic products • Seedling propagation: Lilo propagates tree seedlings for distribution across the country.
