Macbeth's is a family owned and operated Butchers and Game Dealers based in the North East of Scotland. We are linked to our own Farm Edinvale where we rear Highland, Shorthorn and Aberdeen Angus cattle for Macbeth's where we mature the beef for a minimum of 3 weeks. We source hill lamb and rare breed pork from local farms as well as wild venison from local estates. Macbeth's makes award winning haggis and black pudding as well as a wide range of sausages and burgers. We supply independant quality hotels and restaurants as well as operate a growing online mail order business supplying households up and down the country.
