Mr. Majid Benmlih founded and has been managing AGI after heading the biggest regional investment bank for nearly 10 years in which he supervised or participated in more than 70 deals, among the most complex and important of the Moroccan and African markets. Mr Benmlih is a Director and non-executive deputy chairman of one of the largest Moroccan industrial and real estate groups, many subsidiaries of which are listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange. AGI advises institutional investors as well as major Moroccan groups exclusively on buy side, sell side missions as well as structuring missions for investment companies.
