Goutos Ktizein Ltd, founded in 1998 by Panagiotis Goutos in Porto Heli, Argolis, was initially established as an individual business enterprise and later grew into a construction and real estate development company. In 2005, the company began operating as a Ltd. Enterprise, transferring its headquarters to new offices in Athens and investing in valuable human resources and fixed equipment, which have contributed to its rapid growth. Today, Goutos Ktizein is capable of handling all aspects of real estate development, from market research, study and design to the construction of the most technically complex projects.
