Benn Partnership Centre is a multi-cultural Community Centre located on Railway Terrace in Rugby. BPC’s main objective is to assist our local residents in need, hardship or distress with the provision of education, advice, training and support. We offer room hire facilities, the Centre is located in close proximity to Rugby Town and is a 5 minute walk from the train station.
