Who We Are MDAA is a non-profit organization which seeks to generate public support for the continued testing, development and deployment of missile defense systems to protect our country and our allies. The organization seeks to educate the general public with respect to missile defense issues and the urgent need for it. MDAA is a non-partisan organization which does not advocate a particular company, system or product. In order to act impartially, MDAA is governed by a Board of Directors which does not have a financial interest in the decisions the United States Government makes with regard to its missile defense systems. Hence, MDAA’s Board of Directors is populated with business professionals drawn from outside the defense industry who offer the perspective of citizens who wish to be protected.
