SMPS’s Vision: Business Transformed Through Marketing Leadership SMPS’s Mission: To advocate for, educate, and connect leaders in the A/E/C industries. Today, the Kansas City chapter has a membership of more than 100, and the national organization numbers 6,500-plus marketing and business development professionals from architectural, engineering, planning, interior design, construction, and specialty consulting firms located throughout the United States and Canada. Our chapter’s mission is to be the primary resource for education, team building, and strategic marketing information for SMPSKC members and others involved in the built and natural environment. From educational events and breakfast programs to our monthly networking lunches, the Kansas City Chapter offers members a variety of opportunities to meet new contacts and further their professional development. Our chapter consistently strives to offer programs and events that both educate and inspire our members and guests.
