Opera Trading Co. is one of the leading fashion retail companies based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was founded by Entrepreneurs Mr. Mohamed Awada and his wife Mrs. Luma Awada. Opera Trading opened its first boutique Opera Shoes, a multi-brand luxury fashion boutique specialized in footwear, in 1995. The business quickly grew into a chain of Opera boutiques across prime locations in Dubai. Opera Trading also signed a franchise agreement in 2005 with René Caovilla to open the first ever boutique in the Middle East in Mall of the Emirates, Dubai. In late April 2018, Opera Trading officially opened its biggest project, VAO, a one of a kind multi-brand concept store. An 800 square meter space dedicated to providing the ultimate shopping experience. VAO is a stand alone glass building that carries a wide assortment of products from ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories, lifestyle items, fragrances, and candles. In September 2020, Opera Trading launches its first e-commerce platform, www.vaoconceptstore.com. Opera Trading's mission is to create unique and tailored shopping experiences for its clients.
