Tongxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TMC") is a fabless IC design company . It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company Guoxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guoxin Micro", stock code: 002049). TMC was established in 2001 by the National ID card chip R&D team at the Institute of Microelectronics of Tsinghua University.
