Our core services are project viability assessments, project health checks, project recovery, project audit and assurance, crisis management, and project management. Our value-adding services are supplementary and underpinning to our core services, and, because they are in-house, make us unique in offering deep but also broad capability.  They include the provision of executive coaching, operational improvement, organisational and business change support, and interim business support.   All our capabilities can be stand-alone, delivered by individuals or as teams, or blended, to enable our clients to be successful.
