International Institute for Human Security (IIHS), a peacebuilding organziation founded on the belief that everyone deserves the right to live with freedom from fear and want and to live in dignity, stemming from the UN definition of human security. The IIHS works with international organizations, academic institutions, and individuals as a convener, collaborator, and advocate for human security, related to six areas: good governance, food security, climate protection, R2P, indigenous rights women, migrants, and Modern-day Slavery. The IIHS does not focus on faith-driven initiatives or racial reconciliation in line with its non-profit Articles of Incorporation and registration. The IIHS has charity status registered in Chicago, USA and 501(c)3 non-profit, non-religious status registered by the founder.
