FOR ALREADY INCARCERATED is to properly prepare an inmate as he/she transition out of the penal system into society as productive citizens. To provide the knowledge and education by teaching each inmate how to survive as Business Owners as Entrepreneurs with sustainable income. To engage and fully rehabilitate incarcerated individuals by providing these individuals with everything they need to succeed. Housing, Family, and Financial Security are the 3 Core items that most inmates need upon release. The purpose of this Corporation FOR FIRST TIME OFFENDERS REQUIRING DIVERSION PROGRAM: is to properly institute a wraparound service to instruct each male/female requiring intervention/monitoring by court supervision. T.B.O.Y would provide an instructional educational path that would require each male/female to complete High school/GED Equivalency Test along with being placed in a Trade/College/Business of his/her selected path. Upon successful completion of program record and court rulings will be expunged and each male/female would not be subjected to further proceedings under the court jurisdiction.
