Cognisant Consulting International Pty Ltd is a management consulting company that has provided it's services to mining, automotive, rail, healthcare and the oil and gas industries. Our consultants have worked on large ERP implementations, business process redesign, strategy development, procurement planning for major national and international organisations. We have reviewed and re invigorated program business cases, reviewed and recommended next steps in program delivery as well a stopping programs that would not deliver to the businesses requirements or meet the financial hurdle e rates in the signed off business case that was used to initiate the program. Our most recent assignment was to deploy SAP Enterprise Asset Management to a large government rail client who was implementing the end to end solution at a pilot site. As well as migrating from Ellipse they were looking to leverage business process changes along with mobility to the technicians maintaining the trains and rail infrastructure. We have also completed review of a major SAP implementation at a large machinery dealership representing a global brand in both Australia and business case and the Stage 1 project deliverable's at the request of the Board to support progressing to Stage 2. We recommended the business case initiatives be re sequenced to achieve a faster and greater ROI on investment in the project. Prior to this we were engaged to review and rescue a program that was implementing a warehouse management systems for automotive parts distributor. They were 14 months into implementing Manhattan warehouse software, Microsoft Dyanmics AX & CRM. Based on our recommendation the program was stopped after the Manhattan and CRM systems were implemented as the based on our projections the project would have exceeded budget by $8m.
