Ulaelu came about because Raul Tiitus and Kaido Kivi – the company’s founders – loved food and eating, and wanted to do it outdoors in comfort so that they could make the most of Estonia’s short summer. From this desire, the Ulaelu outdoor kitchen was born – a simple frame in appearance, with a work surface that can be combined with various other elements: such as a sink, a charcoal grill, or a wooden or stone work surface. The outdoor kitchen received a warm welcome and it was presented at various fairs from Helsinki to Cologne and Milan. Over the years and by listening to the requirements of more and more clients, the company’s focus has shifted from a single product to the creation of complete outdoor kitchen solutions. Ulaelu’s work begins with designing and ends with delivering a finished kitchen, including the fact that we deliver all of the necessary products that come from our cooperation partners, such as gas grills, outdoor fireplaces, smoking ovens, refrigerators, sinks, mixer taps, outdoor showers, heaters, and more. Since people have different habits and requirements, each situation is a challenge. But one thing remains true: Ulaelu’s principle is to create only high-quality products. Stainless steel, granite, or heat-treated wood are frequently-used materials.
