Swagatam Real Estate is emerging Real Estate Developer in Guwahati City.The Company was originally set up as Swagatam Housing, a Partnership firm registered under the Partnership act by Mr. Keshab Chandra Das and Mr. P.K.Barooah in the year of 2005, to undertake construction of residential Project at Panjabari, Guwahati named as Palm Grove Enclave. In 2007 Mr. Utpal Kumar Das, Mr. Bichitra Kumar Sharma and Mr. Anup Saikia joined M/s Swagatam Housing and hold 88% of the share and 10% of share to Meghmallar Estate and Services Pvt. Ltd as corporate partner. The company further changed it constitution to private limited company known as Swagatam Real Estate Private Limited from 2008 under company act.
