Established in 2008, Metrix Learning was designed to meet the current and emerging training service delivery needs of Workforce Development Boards. Metrix has worked with various populations to assess, upgrade skills, and lead jobseekers to better employment opportunities. Today we work with workforce development agencies, libraries, colleges, businesses, and community-based organizations in over 15 states. Our goal is to provide innovative solutions to promote positive economic development in a region. Our 24/7 online learning management system provides 5000+ courses in desktop, IT, business, health care, and manufacturing. In 2015, we introduced our Career Pathway Portals, which leverages a region's workforce, education, and business partners to connect jobseekers to training for in-demand occupations. Through our career pathways tool, jobseekers can train for the growth industries in the region through progressive skill building, including both technical and soft skills. Employers are able to search our database of skilled applicants to find qualified individuals.
