The Virginia Medical Reserve Corps (VA MRC) is a force of more than 25,000 dedicated volunteers who support the public health in emergency and non-emergency situations. Each of the 22 local VA MRC units are comprised of teams of medical/public health professionals and non-medical community members volunteer their skills, expertise, and time to support ongoing public health initiatives throughout Virginia.
