PARTNER CRITERIA We target entrepreneurs whose products are uniquely positioned in their respective marketplace and that can ultimately become “Top 3” brands in the core category in which they compete. In doing so, we seek to identify strong management teams, typically serial entrepreneurs, who are product driven but require sales and marketing infrastructure and expertise. Typical clients are firms with an existing and robust product/technology roadmap in place and a unique differentiation but seeking to gain market share in their core category. PROCESS Proven go to market methodology: • Customer segmentation, sales plan execution & sales forecasting 
 • Channel & brand marketing plan • Finance plan including working capital management, managing burn rate and funding inventory buildout ADDITIONAL SERVICES • Turnkey solutions encompassing all other Business Infrastructure including Accounting, Legal, Marketing and Distribution • Capital introduction and targeted capital infusions earmarked primarily for brand marketing and future product development • Development of exit strategy including identifying potential acquirers prior to engagement or investment
