Lutheran Military Support Group (LMSG) is an incorporated WI nonprofit, governed by an independent Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of evangelical Lutheran (WELS/ELS/CELC) active duty military and veterans from all branches of service, in several states. LMSG is a national organization, designed to have national reach, but local impact. We were created to be both an auxiliary to WELS Military Services in their support of active duty service members, and an independent organization supporting the needs of active duty military families and military veterans. LMSG creates local awareness, and encourages education and military support projects at the congregational level. Outreach & evangelism opportunities will also present themselves to individual congregations as the result of the activities of LMSG.
