I will draft all required documentation, liaise with the Fair Work Commission or Anti-Discrimination Commission and negotiate the settlement with your employer. I am not a lawyer, however I have over 10 years of experience working for employers in human resource management and workplace relations along with qualifications in law and business. I regularly resolve disputes in the Fair Work Commission and Queensland Anti-Discrimination Commission. I currently work as an investigator for the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency so I cannot represent registered health practitioners due to a conflict of interest. I act with integrity and I operate on a fixed price basis.
