As a business therapist, I help entrepreneurs, investors, and CEOs to diagnose root problems in their businesses and generate solutions to realize the true potential of a company, a team or a business idea. There are times when any business leader faces chaotic situations of high ambiguity and uncertainty when stakes are high, but standard solutions don't apply. Luckily, any conflict or problematic situation is "pregnant" with a potential solution. My role is to identify the root cause responsible for the majority of negative symptoms, challenge the underlying assumptions and catalyze the birth process of a tailor-made solution. Typically, farther implementation is done by the client's team independently or with the help of specific business consultants.
