Tolin & Tolin, PLLC JAMES W. TOLIN III: Jay grew up in Roxboro, North Carolina, and graduated from Greenbrier Christian Academy in Chesapeake, Virginia. He then graduated from Liberty University with a degree in biology. He graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2004. He has maintained a general practice since that time. Currently, his practice focuses on real estate, bankruptcy, estate planning, business law, and criminal law. K. ALICE TOLIN: Alice is a native of Elkin, North Carolina, and graduated from Salem Academy. She then graduated from Furman University with degrees in English and political science and then from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2004. When she returned to Winston-Salem in 2008, she worked with the Guardian ad Litem program as the attorney advocate for Wilkes County until 2010.
