History through years Demuth Business Partner GmbH was established as CENTICS Patentverwertungs GmbH in 2004 and was renamed to Demuth Holding und Patentverwertung GmbH in 2006. At the time, the main purpose of the company was the marketing of its own and third party Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs). In 2012, the shareholder structure was changed and the company consequently joined the network of Demuth Business Partner International OÜ (DBPI). In addition, the company also changed its name to Demuth Business Partner GmbH with its new shareholders being located in Denmark, Estonia and Austria. Moreover, the company strongly cooperates with Demuth Legal Advisor – headed by the lawyer Dr. Elke Demuth Steiner. The company now focuses on the three business fields: Business Development, Turnaround Management, as well as Global Risk and Compliance. Using Vienna as a hub for Central and South-East Europe, the company utilizes the skills and knowledge of various senior experts in the region. Furthermore, Demuth Business Partner is an agent for various partners especially in the German spoken countries so called “DACH-Region”.
