The Apartment Association of Nebraska, Inc. (AAN) was founded by a group of property managers and owners in July of 2002. Our vision includes an association that would strive to help create, execute, and maintain a high level of professionalism in the multi-family rental housing industry. On October 5, 2002 the AAGOL received its prestigious charter from the National Apartment Association (NAA.) In 2014, our name was changed to the Apartment Association of Nebraska to better represent our membership.
