We have started SkillOn Tech with an aim to upskill manpower in core engineering domain and provide technology based sustainable solutions to recurring engineering problems in industry. We have identified that here is huge inherent inefficiency in industry due to lack of proper training of engineers. At the same time, industry has lot of experts available, who are willing to share their knowledge to willing engineers.
