The International Civil Association "CULTURAL ECHOES" is a non-profit, non-governmental and independent organization established in accordance with the freedom of peaceful assembly and association located in Skopje, Macedonia. The strategy goal of the organization is to detect, mark and revitalize objects that present potential harm for the health of citizens and environment. The detection is needed for recognition of article 22 and article 27 from the Universal Declaration for Human Rights in all countries and the revitalization process of this type of objects should present the result of full recognition of art. 22 and art. 27 read in conjunction, allowing everyone to realize its economic, social and cultural rights in the nearest revitalized object. In order for this idea to become reality, we need Correspondents from States, or an Cultural Echo for every State in the world that will be responsible Volunteer for gathering information for the respective State. In addition are Article 22 and Article 27 from the Universal Declaration for Human Rights. Article 22 Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international cooperation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality. Article 27 (1) Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits. (2) Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
