Maintaining good relationships with top manufacturers and importers is very important to us as we believe in loyalty. This is why to this day we still offer products from manufacturers that we dealt with in the very beginning.  Warranties rest with the manufacturer and the importer or wholesaler so it is important for us to only deal with trustworthy, reputable companies and to have a good relationship with them.
