Plico is a clean energy solution. Individual households and businesses contribute to a local community Virtual Power Bank, limiting their consumption of traditional climate-harming energy sources. A Virtual Power Bank (VPB) is a network of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels and battery systems working together to generate and store energy. The VPB can provide 6.5MW of solar at peak, 7.2 GWH of energy per year and displace 7KT of carbon emissions (CO²-e) every year, enabling all community members to achieve significant renewable energy consumption (based on 1,000 systems).
