IBGC connects the world of business to the world. It is the hub for international business at The Fletcher School / Tufts University, the oldest exclusively graduate school of international affairs in the US. The Institute takes an inter-disciplinary and international approach, preparing global leaders who can cross borders of many kinds and integrate business skills and training with essential contextual intelligence. The Institute is organized around three core activities—education, research and dialogue.
