Over the past 60 years, our members have transformed Catonsville from a quaint village into a thriving center of technology, commerce, and the arts. How? Well, here’s just a short list of what we’ve achieved: * Bringing more than $60,000 into the area through commercial revitalization and community conservation grants over the past six years * Boosting member businesses’ revenue through our annual festivals and events * Being awarded the community title “Music City Maryland” by the Maryland General Assembly in 2002, in honor of our lively music stores and many musical performances and concerts * Establishing the Catonsville Heritage Foundation (a registered 501(c)3) in 2002 to support and enhance cultural organizations, historic preservation, community revitalization, and higher education scholarships You see, from its very beginning Catonsville has been an extraordinary community…and we believe that it has even more to offer as we advance into the 21st century.
