Coastal Materials Testing Lab, LLC is owned and operated by Salah Al-Bakri, who has over seventeen (17) years of construction materials testing experience. Our company has been in service since the summer of 2011, but the experience behind the people within the company is outstanding. Our broad scope of services allows us to handle the inspection and testing needs of the construction industry from concrete testing to concrete corings, asphalt, soil testing to soil borings, structural steel inspection, welding and much more. Coastal is a fully qualified construction laboratory facility, accredited by NVLAP, Lab Code No. 500076-0. Our technicians are qualified in several different areas, including Troxler Nuclear Density Testing, ACI, AWS, Asphalt Certification, and NICET Certification. Coastal Materials Testing Lab’s management team is a well-coordinated, well-educated resourceful structure of individuals that will provide you with a high quality service to fulfill the needs of any project. We have a staff of Licensed Professional Engineers. We utilize our large library of reference books, standards, and specifications to refer to, as well as many contacts within the industry, and memberships to various organizations from which we can obtain information.
