The Florida Government Bar Association exists to to advance the science of jurisprudence, to promote reform in the law with emphasis on government practice and administrative law, to facilitate the administration of justice, to promote the standards of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession, to encourage legal education, to cultivate a spirit of cordiality and unity among the members of the Florida Bar employed in Florida government. FGBA is a private membership organization. Annual dues are $40. Monthly CLE luncheons are $20 for non-members and $15 for members. In addition to monthly educational and networking luncheons, FGBA recognizes exemplary individuals with the Government Attorney of the Year Award.
