VGS Lawyers is born with the mission to provide legal assistance under Italian Law and to advise English speaking clients. The firm now counts more than 20 professionals, all qualified in Italy and all fluent in English. VGS is an Italian boutique offering specialised legal services. The Law Firm has been founded by Avv. Valentina Giarrusso Sciabbica, a qualified Italian lawyer, with over 20 years of experience in assisting English speaking clients. She got her J.D. with the University of Siena, one of the top-ranked Faculty of Law in Italy, she was visiting scholar with the University of London. After the degree, she moved to the UK where she took an LLM in International Commercial Law with the University of Nottingham Law School. The team has been working together for many years and it is composed in such a way to provide the widest possible assistance to companies, trying to cover all aspects or criticism of a business, under Italian Law. Often, our corporate lawyers and tax advisors work along when setting a business in Italy within the context of relocation or within the context of commercial litigation.
